1. Production Lead Times
Sample Orders: 7–10 business days for production and logo placement.
Bulk Orders: 3–4 weeks depending on order volume and design specifications.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–7 business days (best for samples and urgent orders).
Air Freight: 7–10 business days for medium-to-large consignments.
Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): 25–40 days for high-volume bulk shipments.
3. Tracking & Packaging
Real-Time Tracking: A tracking number and direct carrier link are provided as soon as your shipment is dispatched.
Eco-Conscious Packaging: All items are packed in protective polybags and heavy-duty corrugated cartons to ensure safe arrival.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Orders ship under standard commercial terms (FOB Sialkot, CIF, or DDP by agreement).
