1. Custom Orders & Pre-Production Approval
All custom teamwear, sports apparel, and combat gear are manufactured according to buyer-approved digital mockups, size charts, and material specifications.
Bulk production begins only after pre-production artwork proofs and order details are finalized and approved in writing.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are quoted in USD on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms as specified in your invoice.
For bulk orders, a standard deposit (e.g., 50%) is required prior to production, with the remaining balance due upon order completion before shipment dispatch.
3. Custom Branding & Intellectual Property
Buyers warrant that they own or hold rights to all logos, trademarks, and custom designs submitted for production.
Araawi Corporation respects client IP and guarantees that custom private-label designs, logos, and OEM patterns will remain strictly confidential and will not be resold to third parties.
4. Delivery & Customs
Production and shipping lead times are estimates and begin upon artwork/sample approval and deposit receipt.
Import duties, taxes, or local customs clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP shipping terms were explicitly agreed upon.
5. Quality Control & Returns
Because all products are custom-made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted for correct orders manufactured according to approved mockups.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or wrong item dispatch, claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the consignment along with clear photos or video evidence. Defective items will be replaced or credited.
